Cat Catherine

Catherine practices Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and invites pregnancy massage too. She specializes in therapeutic and relaxation work. Cat is a car accident survivor and connects well with people who are in various stages of recovery and may suffer from chronic pain.  Catherine is currently pursuing a BS in nursing at Russell Sage College.

Dan

A recent transplant from NYC, Daniel has worked for the past 7 years in both chiropractic/medical settings and at 5-Star Hotels and Spas with all types of clients. He is also a proud member of the US Tennis Open Massage Therapy Health team since 2001 where he works on the top male professional tennis players both pre- and post- match in conjunction with the personal trainers. Daniel specializes in deep tissue, myofascial, Swedish and table shiatsu. 

Jina

Robin

Robin comes from a family of massage therapists, and energy workers.  Her specialty is deep tissue Swedish Massage, and she incorporates her life-long use of energy training into every massage.  Robin welcomes all of clients with an open heart and healing hands.  She sees massage as a portal to physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

specializes with people who deal with chronic pain issues. Every massage she does is individualized to the clients particular needs on that day. If the need is myofacial release with a combination of swedish, neuromuscular release, reiki, and stretching etc. Then all treatments are incorporated to make the session successful. It is a holistic approach. Suzanne treats the mind body and spirit.

                                        Megan's clients are typically people who have active lifestyles   

who want to use massage as a tool to help them maintain or resume that lifestyle after injuries, intense training or as general maintenance.  She has been able to help people with chronic pain issues through assesing what is causing the pain and focusing on the areas and muscles of the body that will help relieve those sympstoms. 

The benefits that a client receives from Megan's massage are reduced pain, increased range of motion, improved recovery time between training sessions and a greater sense of vitality to get on with their lives. 


 Beth Yoxthimer (Physical Therapist)

She has been practicing physical therapy since 1992. She specializes in Lymphedema management, TMJ disorders, and chronic pain. Beth began developing her bodywork skills in 1993. Techniques she uses include: Craniosacral Therapy, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Myofacial Release, Strain Counter Strain, Muscle Energy Techniques, Visceral Manipulation, Acupressure, Somatoemotional Release, Heart Centered Therapy, Thought Field Therapy, Therapeutic Touch, and Reiki. Beth practices with a holistic perspective combining traditional evidenced based physical therapy and alternative therapeutic skills as she believes true healing needs to occur with one’s mind, body and soul.

Other Therapists

Specializes in firm, relaxing Swedish massage and therapeutic recovery for clients with chronic neck and shoulder tension. They enjoy working with mothers-to-be and provides a safe and sacred space for clients seeking facilitation in their pursuit of self-healing. They offer Shiatsu as well as deep tissue.  Come in for a rejuvenating Sunday morning massage!
